Looking for an awesome workout/dance/party mix? -

deghanmay:

Then download my little brother’s mix of hot new songs (he’s an aspiring dj). Seriously. Listened to the whole mix tonight and it totally makes me wanna run and/or dance. Find the link to download the whole podcast at the bottom of the page.

Also, his name is Emerson, which 24 years later, I am still jealous about.

Totally stoked!

(Also, my brother’s middle name is Emerson. Mine is Lynn. Like, Amanda Lynn… the instrument? I hate my life.)

Canstruction exhibit!

Yo Foursquare users, didn’t this place close in the late 90s?
Yes, indeed it did. Because I went there with my fake ID in college. Who the hell added this as a venue?

I’m going here after work today. If you go, bring a can of food to donate.

All food, including the cans from the exhibit, will be donated to City Harvest.

I want a cigarette.

And I haven’t smoked in nearly 3 years.

Don’t fucking email me on Facebook. I won’t respond.

I just learned that artist Jeanne-Claude passed away last night.
This is so sad. I loved seeing Jeanne-Claude and her husband at Chelsea gallery openings. Their art was interactive and changed landscapes. I was such a fan.
This is a photo I took of “The Gates” in 2005.
