Movies I have recently enjoyed: Pootie Tang (2001)
Guilty pleasure.
Great movie!
My lord, I love this movie. I want to dress like Wanda Sykes’ character someday. A guy friend and I quote the outtakes all the time: “Disperse, Pootie, disperse!” I even had a date to see Pootie Tang at the Anthology Film Archives because we both loved the film so much.
Read through the movie quotes and laugh your ass off. Someone needs to host a viewing of this.
This DVD is going on my Christmas list.
